At Charlotte's Web, we want you to be completely in love with your fashion finds. If your order isn't quite right, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn items in original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items with all original tags attached and include the printed return slip inside the parcel.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
